Fusion Development Workouts

There is nothing in the whole country quite like the Fusion Development Workouts. These workouts are designed to make you a better basketball player, as well as give you the tools to take home and continue to work on your game by yourself.

For 2 hours and 15 minutes, once a week, you will be pushed like you never have before. Coaches are expected to motivate you to work harder than you ever have before, and this creates an unbeliveable environment where everyone grows and everyone achieves things they never thought possible. Workouts are broken down into the following parts:

  • Flexibility/Agility Development
  • Ball-Handling Development
  • Offensive Skills Development
  • Post-Player Development
  • Perimeter-Player Development
  • Defensive Skills Development
  • Endurance Development

These workouts are not for everybody - we tailor these workouts to mimic a lot of what workouts are like for college players to experience. The staff expects players to work hard and have a great attitude. We do not tolerate bad or lazy attitudes toward getting better and will ask those players to leave, if necessary. In the event of a player wanting to participate who has been asked to leave in previous workouts, he will need to petition the Area Director in order to be allowed back to a Development Workout. We take these workouts seriously because we believe they can make a huge difference!
